Studying the Subjective and Objective Experience of Wearable Technologies Used for Wellness in Different Contexts of Daily Life
A wearable technology (WT) will be provided (borrowed) to the participants for the duration of the study. The selected WT device will be for sure minimally-obtrusive, wearable, non-stigmatising and has sufficient battery lifetime to support a week of logging. In our studies, we will collect data from the WT device and user's smartphone the participants own and carry. Self-reported participant weight and height will be obtained at the entry of the study. Participants will also answer a short survey (appearing on the screen of their mobile phone) at random times along the day after an event of a usage of mobile application corresponding to the usage of WT device.
